These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ARIS mobile application (“App”) and related services provided by us (“Company”, “we”, or “us”).

1. Acceptance

By using ARIS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Services

ARIS provides AI-driven nutritional analysis, personalized health insights, and wearable integrations. Features include:

Photo-based meal analysis
Calorie, macro, and micronutrient tracking
Preventive risk scoring (e.g., diabetes, BP)
Report uploads for enhanced insights
Integration with Apple Health, Google Fit, Strava, Garmin, Fitbit, WHOOP

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate data and reports
Not misuse or reverse engineer the App
Use the App only for personal health tracking

4. Subscription & Billing

ARIS offers a paid Premium plan (₹250/month). Subscription renews automatically unless canceled 24 hours before renewal. Payment is handled via Apple/Google billing systems.

5. Medical Disclaimer

ARIS is not a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis. Always consult a physician before making major health decisions. The App provides recommendations based on data and AI models, not medical treatment.

6. Data & Privacy

We collect user data to personalize health insights. This includes:

Uploaded meal images
Wearable and fitness data
Uploaded lab/medical reports

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
